Daily Grind at Core Progression Personal Training

6:00 AM – Rise and Shine!

As the first rays of sunlight pierce through my bedroom window, I jump out of bed, feeling energized and ready to tackle the day ahead. After a quick breakfast, I head out the door, ready to kickstart my morning routine at Core Progression Personal Training.

7:00 AM – Warm-Up Session

Arriving at the state-of-the-art Wellness Center in Arvada, CO, I greet my colleagues with a radiant smile. We gather in the studio, stretching and preparing our bodies for the day’s workouts.

9:00 AM – One-on-One Training

My first client of the day is a dedicated athlete recovering from a knee injury. We work closely with our Physical Therapy team in Northglenn, CO, to design a personalized exercise routine that targets their specific needs.

11:00 AM – Prenatal Yoga Class

Next up, I lead a prenatal yoga session for expecting mothers. It’s always a joy to witness the sense of community and support that blossoms within this group. We focus on gentle movements and Pregnancy Exercise techniques in Boulder, CO, ensuring the well-being of both mom and baby.

1:00 PM – Lunch and Recharge

After an invigorating morning, it’s time for a well-deserved break. I take a moment to refuel with a nutritious lunch and hydrate, preparing for the afternoon ahead.

  • 4:00 PM – Core Strengthening Class
  • 6:00 PM – Post-Workout Cooldown

As the day draws to a close, I feel a sense of accomplishment and gratitude for the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our clients. At Core Progression Personal Training, every day is a testament to our commitment to promoting health, wellness, and personal growth.
