My day as a Service Now! Heating and Air Conditioning technician begins bright and early. I’m up at 6 AM, ready to tackle the day’s heating and cooling challenges across our service area.
Morning Briefing
By 7:30 AM, I’m at the office for our daily team meeting. We discuss:

- Any urgent service calls
- Updates on inventory and new equipment
On the Road
By 8:30 AM, I’m in my service van, heading to my first appointment. Today, it’s a new air conditioning installation for a growing family.
Installation Time
From 9 AM to 2 PM, I’m focused on installing the new AC unit. This involves:
- Removing the old system
- Installing the new unit
- Connecting and testing all components
- Explaining the system to the homeowners
Afternoon Service Call
